It is that time of the year. Below freezing temps are coming. When the outside temperature is 32° and below outside, please use the tips below to prevent frozen pipes.

OPEN CABINET DOORS BELOW SINKS

LEAVE HEAT ON

NOTIFY PROPERTY MANAGER IF YOU PLAN ON BEING GONE FOR AN EXTENDED TIME.

NOTIFY PROPERTY MANAGER IMMEDIATELY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OR LITTLE WATER COMING FROM FAUCET, SEE OR SUSPECT A WATER LEAK.
